What is lymphatic massage?
Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle, rhythmic technique designed to stimulate the body’s lymphatic system- your natural detox pathway. By encouraging the movement of lymph fluid, this treatment eliminates toxins and waste, reduces water retention, supports immune health, and leaves you feeling lighter, refreshed, and deeply restored.

What are the benefits of lymphatic drainage massage?
Clients often experience immediate results such as reduced bloating, improved circulation, a more sculpted appearance, and enhanced relaxation. Long-term benefits include supporting the immune system, aiding post-surgical recovery, reducing cellulite and promoting overall wellness. Many also notice glowing skin and a renewed sense of vitality.

This is my first time getting a lymphatic massage, what should I expect?
Gentle, rhythmic movements that stimulate the lymphatic system. Unlike deep tissue or traditional massage, the touch is lighter and encourages the body’s natural detoxification, versus working out muscle knots.
Full body + face focus, starting in highly concentrated areas of lymph nodes and manually guiding the fluid to lymphatic ducts, supporting the body’s natural detox process.
Many clients find the experience deeply restorative and rejuvenating - it is not supposed to hurt!
-
How can I prepare for my lymphatic massage?
To ensure you receive the most benefits from your treatment, arrive well-hydrated, as water helps your lymphatic system flow with ease. Avoid heavy meals, alcohol, or excessive caffeine beforehand.
-
What should I expect after my lymphatic massage?
After your treatment, you may feel lighter, deeply relaxed, and notice visible changes such as reduced puffiness, body sculpting, and a healthy glow to your skin. It’s common to experience increased urination as your body flushes out toxins - a sign that the treatment is working. Staying hydrated will help you maximize and prolong the benefits.
-
How often should I get lymphatic massage?
The frequency depends on your goals. For general wellness and aesthetic benefits, once or twice a month is ideal. If you’re preparing for a special event or supporting recovery post surgery, a series of weekly sessions may be recommended for optimal results.

I have a special event to prepare for, when should I start getting lymphatic massage and how often should I get it?
If you’re preparing for a wedding, vacation, photo shoot, or any special occasion, lymphatic massage is the perfect way to look and feel your best. For optimal results, we recommend starting 4-6 weeks out for best internal and external results.
Frequency -
6 weeks out: 1 treatment per week
2 weeks out: 2 treatments per week
1 - 2 days before event: Final treatment

How can I prolong the benefits of lymphatic massage?
Staying well-hydrating is the most important! Water supports your body’s natural detox pathways and keeps your results lasting longer.
Eat clean, balanced meals. Avoid excessive alcohol, salty foods, and processed sugars. This will help to minimize fluid retention, allowing you to maintain that sculpted, contoured look.
Take it easy - let yourself rest.
